150Lbs later 🏆 

To Be Honest, I didn’t realize this guy was still under there🤔🤦🏽‍♂️ I won’t even cap to you , I had to humble myself and be real with myself. I needed help in every way!! I prayed and asked God to give me a new mind,body, discipline, resources, and whatever it took.

I lost 150Lbs with a major boost from a Bariatric procedure, low carbs, and now to tight it all up, I’m hitting the dumb bells 💪🏽. Now as a Husband, Dad, Pastor, Artist, Activist, CEO, Entrepreneur, Teacher, Host etc… I’m learning there are no excuses, just opportunities to show the world that GOD IS ABLE!!!!!🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽✝️🏆
